Which software do I need?
Courses specify supported tools: Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and After Effects. You can follow along in any of these. Free Resolve is fully supported where noted.
Are the courses beginner friendly?
Yes. Our beginner track explains editing vocabulary, timeline navigation, and export basics before tackling story structure or color pipelines.
Do I get lifetime access?
You receive lifetime access to purchased courses, including future updates and project files, for personal use under our Terms.
Do you issue certificates?
Yes. Complete the required projects and quizzes to receive a digital certificate you can share with clients or employers.
What is your refund policy?
If a course doesn’t meet your expectations, contact us within 14 days of purchase. If less than 25% of content is completed, we will issue a refund per our Terms.
Can teams enroll?
Yes. We support seats for teams with centralized billing and progress tracking. Contact us to set up a business license.
Do lessons include project files?
Where appropriate, we include footage, audio, and templates so you can replicate the lesson and deliver a finished piece.
How do favorites (Fallows) work?
Click “Add to Fallows” on any course in the Catalog. Your list is saved locally in your browser. Visit the Fallows page to manage or export them.
Do you provide subtitles?
Yes. Most courses include English subtitles. Accessibility is important and we continually improve transcripts.
